Cause, mission, vision…what is your cause? It focuses all else.

You can attract money to your organization (or your business for that matter), by starting with identifying your cause.  Using a quote from Ben Franklin as impetus for seeing things differently, I explain in this video how starting with “cause” and then moving through the five elements of effective planning can lead to more funds…and joy.  And that is the outcome thanks to something I call “organizational chiropracty.”  Enjoy!
